Throughout time, the Penedès region has born witness to the comings and goings of different cultures, as well as the first traces of winegrowing in Catalonia. This exceptional terroir is home to our Atrium wine, a reflection of our commitment to this land and our history. Ever since it became the first area in Spain to use stainless steel and cold fermentation equipment, the vine growers of the Penedès have been making excellent modern wines from a mix of native and French grape varieties. This has been possible because of the variety of altitudes, lands and micro-climates found in the Penedès which foster the ideal growth of the different grape types. Made entirely from Chardonnay Ageing: Mostly in their lees during 6 months Stored under the right conditions, the wine will hold its potential for the next: 2-3 years. Certified organic wine Certified vegan wine Clean brilliant gold color. Fine tropical fruit aromas (passion fruit) with elegant herbaceous notes (fennel) and a creamy nuance. The palate is flavourful and intense, with an exquisite, full, fruit finish. Perfect with oven-baked fish or white meat; simple dishes like oven-baked fish or poultry with butter and herbs are ideal. It also combines well with risottos, pasta, and salads with peach or mango. Serve at 12°C. The voices of ancient peoples echo among the old vines.
