• Grape varieties: Malbec. • Origin: The vineyard of Mendoza is located in the Andes Mountains, bordering Chile. It forms a circle around the city of Mendoza and is located between 800 and 1200 m of altitude depending on the production area. This altitude allows to counterbalance the hot and dry climate of the region. The temperature differences are high between the cool and cold nights and the sunny and warm days. This favors a good growth of the plant and the production of a quality grape. • Vinification: The vinifications were carried out with the greatest care. Cold premaceration. Fermentation for 10 days. Maturation in vats. • Soil: The province of Mendoza benefits from the soils of the Andes, they are rocky and sandy and well drained.
