Arcobello Prosecco DOC is made from grapes grown on gentle slopes in the North East area of Veneto. The vines are trained using the traditional Bleussi, otherwise known as the "multiple radia" method, where the vines are trained in four different directions. The Arcobello Prosecco is made in the tradition of Prosecco, with the secondary fermentation taking place in cuvee close containers over a long period of time. Reducing sugar: 10,8g/l Arcobello Prosecco has gentle bubbles, with a pleasant and fruity, Prosecco nose. The wine is very soft on the palate but with refreshing and lively acidity. Arcobello is "the" perfect aperif.
